you are bound to these terms and conditions:
By submitting payment to the sponsor member, you are sending them the first part of the membership fee to become a member of this site. Upon completion of the payment you will be directed to the next step to submit payment to a second member. Next you will be directed to submit payment to the site administartor then you will have access to your member's area. This site uses a database and PHP script where members ID and account information is placed and the new member pays them the fee to join as stated above. Those members with a higher weight will have their ID's displayed more often. All members may increase their weight at anytime. By joining this site and adding your ID to the database, you agree and understand fully that if you select to choose a lower weight that your ID may not be displayed as often as another member who has weight of a higher value. You also agree that you understand not all visitors to the main page that is advertised will automatically choose to join. We do not and will not guarantee 100% that all members will receive payments although all members ID's are rotated. We Do Guarantee that we will advertise.

Please make sure you understand fully the rules about unsolicited advertising. All members can advertise 3plays.com to their own prospects to join by sending email messages and sending direct traffic there to. We operate a strict ANTI SPAM policy and WILL DELETE any member that uses any form of unsolited advertising. We take SPAM complaints very seriously and will make NO exceptions to this rule.

The use of SPAM to promote this site is strictly FORBIDDEN! All SPAM complaints will trigger an immediate investigation. If you are found guilty of using SPAM, you will lose your membership and are subject to any costs occurring from damages of your actions.

If you have been the victim of SPAM abuse or any other abuse by any member, please contact us and action will be taken against that member.

What is 3plays.com Automatic Income System.

As explained on the home page 3plays.com Automatic Income System. is a way for members to advertise and earn an exta income automatically.

What will it cost to be a member?

To be a member you must make three $7 payments. That equals $21 total to join. The first $7 payment goes to the sponsor member . The second $7 payment goes to the next person drawn from the database and the third $7 payment goes to the administration for your member setup and advertising done by the administration.

What does weight mean and how does it work?

Weight is just like tickets in a raffle. The more tickets (or weight) you have, the more chance you have of winning. The raffle is drawn every time someone comes to 3plays.com, and a member from the database is selected. The tickets are all put back into the hat again for the next draw. For example say you have 5000 weight, and there are 5 other members all with 1000 weight each, you have a 50% chance of having your name come up, and they have a 10% chance each.

Does 3plays.com have any advertising banners?
